I would have never thought to compare Donald Trump to Julian the Philospher, but in the sense that they both took power unexpectedly and tried to make major changes without having a large infrastructure of like-minded subordinates in place, I can almost see it.Trump had a fairly good team after three years, but Julian did not last that long.
